At True Sky Credit Union, we want our employees to shine. To better represent and serve our team members, our True Sky Foundation has partnered with The Community Impact Fund to offer Interest-Free Impact Loans as an employee benefit to True Sky Credit Union employees. This partnership can help True Sky Credit Union employees bridge a cash flow gap in the event of unexpected or emergency expenses. The Community Impact Fund makes the online application an anonymous process. No one at True Sky Credit Union or True Sky Foundation will ever see related documentation or know you applied.

The Community Impact Fund (CIF) is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit established in 2017 to help organizations maximize their impact by meeting the needs of their employees and community at large. We provide the leadership, technology and resources to organizations, allowing them to provide a hand-up to those in need through the power of Impact Loans.
